You hear people saying “Imagine what your life would be like if you 10x where you are at!”
But what does that mean? It’s hard to visualize aspects of our lives TEN TIMES what it is now.
So let’s put aside the idea of 10x change… if you could DOUBLE what your experience is now.
How would that impact you?
This is incremental growth.
Think of running. You don’t go from the couch to running a marathon. You first decide you want/need to change, then you set goal of let’s say walking 1000 steps. When you reach that goal we double it to 2000 steps.
2000 to 4000 steps, 4000 to 8000 steps.
You have to be able to walk before you can run!
This is a realistic pace that is attainable and we build on the consistency and growth.
